ACCOUNT MANAGER

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our ranks. 

We lovingly refer to this position as Prince Ink’s Handshake as our Account Managers are the first & main points of contact for new and existing clients.  Account Managers are client-focused, building relationships through emails, phone calls, & one on ones, to truly understand the client’s vision and navigate the options to nail it. Account managers are avid multi-taskers as each day consists of communicating with multiple clients, processing orders, and quickly solving any challenges that may arise.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Experience in Customer Service or Sales
• Great communication skills
• Problem solver that is eager to help
• Friendly and enjoys people
• Detail oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assist and communicate with clients from start to finish of ordering process
• Procure & confirm project details from clients to provide quotes 
• Verify all project details and accurately input into PICO operation system
• Manage multiple clients daily and nurture relationships with them
• Answer phone calls, field emails, and meet with clients face to face
• Be the liaison between production and client if needed
• Follow up with clients after reception of order 
• Work with PICO staff to ensure ease of project flow
• Learn the ins & outs of PICO print capabilities to ensure expectations are met

• Is able to visualize what a client’s finished product should look like
• Positive attitude and loves interacting with people 
• Doesn’t mind sitting at a computer for most of the day

PAY

• Pay $15/hr+, based on experience
• Bonus pay
• Profit sharing after 6 months of employment
